Brett’s experience in the real estate industry started in 1982 after graduating from NMSU with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Business Management. He has been involved in many aspects of the real estate industry including owning and operating his own company, subdivision development, property management, project development and real estate consultation. At this time, he owns Town & Country Real Estate with his partner, Jerry Cass, and specializes in sales of commercial, agriculture and investment property. In 2018 he obtained the CCIM designation. Only 6 % of all commercial real estate brokers hold the elite CCIM designation, which is the most coveted and respected designation in the industry. He also knows the residential market and knows how to price property for excellent results. His favorite saying is “do you want to list your property or sell it”. Brett is an excellent negotiator and with his varied background and knowledge will put you ahead of the crowd.
Brett is also somewhat of a local historian. He works out of the building his great grandfather built in 1929 on Main Street in downtown Clovis.
